​BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Make sure that you have eaten.

• If you are prone to fainting, sugary snacks or drinks will help.

• If you are having your ears pierced and have long hair, please tie it back.

• As most body piercing is anatomy dependent please don't be disappointed if you are unsuitable for your chosen piercing.  It is more important that you have a happy healthy piercing.

• If you have booked an appointment with us it is your responsibility to read through our Terms and Conditions before attending your appointment there is important information for your attention.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

​

• You must arrive on time for your appointment. 

• You must give us 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment or we will withhold your deposit.

• Only the client being pierced will be allowed in the studio, this applies to our younger clients as well.  It is to allow our piercers to give their full attention to the client being pierced without any distraction.

• Unsupervised children under 16 are not allowed in the waiting room or on the shop floor and they cannot go into the studio with you, so please make the necessary childcare arrangements. 

• Our waiting room and studios are upstairs so unsuitable for prams or pushchairs.  If the client being pierced is under 16, a parent or guardian must be in the waiting room whilst they are in the studio, so please be aware of this if bringing other children with you.

• Parental Consent-Only a parent or legal guardian can give consent. A sibling, grandparent, aunt, etc. will not be able to complete the consent form.

• If you are 16+ and are coming to your appointment without your parent, you must bring valid photographic I.D. 

• Parents must bring valid photographic I.D for themselves to sign a consent form on behalf of a child, along with I.D for the child that has their date of birth on.

• For Tongue, Nipple, Surface, Cheek, High Nostril and Intimate piercings you must be 18+ and bring valid photographic I.D.  A parent or guardian cannot consent to these piercings.

• I.D must have a recognisable picture of you and your date of birth on.

• We will not pierce you if you are pregnant.  We advise waiting at least 3 months after the birth of your child to allow your body to recover and your immune system to return to normal.  For nipple piercing we advise waiting at least 3 months after weaning if you are breastfeeding.

• We are unable to pierce any areas in which numbing cream has been applied.

• We may be unable to pierce vertical or inverted labrets on clients who have lip fillers.

• We will not pierce anyone under the influence or drugs or alcohol.

• We will only pierce with or fit jewellery from our studio.

• Your deposit will be forfeited if you are unable to comply with any of the above terms.​​
