Appointment Information

  • It is important that you arrive on time to avoid losing your appointment.

  • As we are close contact you must wear a face covering to attend your appointment.

  • You must attend your appointment alone unless under 16 when you will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If you have any specific requirements, please let us know at the time of booking so we can try to accommodate you.

  • If you are accompanying someone under 16 please be aware that you will only be allowed into the waiting room not the studio and must still wear a mask.

  • We are unable to accommodate any siblings not being pierced or supervise any children during your appointment.

  • It is a maximum of 2 piercings per appointment.

  • Due to the massively increased cost of operation and PPE all appointments will now carry a £3 surcharge.  We wanted to be very transparent with our customers about this and do not want to increase our prices at present as we hope our cost will eventually return to normal in which case the surcharge will be waived. We hope you understand this and continue to support us.

  • Payment can be made by cash, card or Apple Pay.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we require 24 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your £10 deposit.

  • Please read the copy of the "Covid Release Form"' by clicking the button below. If you have had any symptoms of Covid-19 over the last 10 days or have been in contact with someone displaying symptoms, do not attend your appointment.  Contact the studio as soon as possible via telephone/Facebook and we will rearrange your appointment.
